we launched a internally run AI powered hedge fund - ai pm called atlas and it generates its own inv decisions and generates its own trades - this was thomas idea. started as a side project from founder tomas lafontte 2.5 months sago we gavce it monopoly dollars and has accep to everything in our system except our portfolio and what we invest in.
it has all the daboshbaiords, every model, earnings calls notes and meeting notes. in the same 2m onth period our flagship was down 13 months atlas wasd up 1% so as of this pastm oney we put internal capital around it
we have a ton of ideas of additional products and what we want to build.
combine jobs 1 and 3. we will make 1 or 2 hires in that bucket - we wont hire just someone w security sop maybe one devcops and one devsecops.

- Target backgrounds: cloud/DevOps/SRE or infrastructure engineers who have operated high-availability production systems.
- Key skills: cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containers, CI/CD, observability, monitoring/alerting, incident management, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and runbooks.
- Languages: Python, Go, Bash, or comparable systems language.
- Core focus: reliable and secure deployments, application/data-pipeline monitoring, cost and capacity management, and production standards/access controls.
- Look for candidates who can balance speed of product development with operational rigor.
3. Security Engineer
Build the security foundation for internal AI applications and sensitive data.
- Target backgrounds: application, cloud, or platform security engineers, ideally from data-sensitive or regulated environments.
- Key skills: IAM/access controls, cloud security, encryption, secrets management, networking, threat modeling, security testing, vulnerability management, incident response, and Python/scripting.
- Core focus: security architecture for AI apps, secure development practices, sensitive-data controls, third-party integrations, monitoring, and translating policy into practical technical controls.
- Nice to have: familiarity securing AI applications, external APIs, and data-retrieval systems.
