End-User Computing Management: Standardize device provisioning for Windows and macOS environments. Operate configuration management tools such as Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
Security and Compliance: Implement security policies, device compliance configurations, and data protection measures. Collaborate with international InfoSec team members to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
Software Packaging & Deployment: Work with vendors and internal teams to standardize software delivery methods.
Automation and Optimization: Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Develop and maintain scripts for system management and deployment.
Troubleshooting & End-User Support Escalation (Level 3/4) – Serve as the highest point of escalation for complex EUC Issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to enhance system stability.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, architecting, implementing, and managing end-user computing environments, with a strong focus on Windows and macOS.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or other coding languages for bespoke automation. Familiarity with Infrastructure as code strategies is a plus.
Expertise with well-known configuration management platforms, both cloud-hosted and co-managed, such as SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and GPO.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Expertise in implementing/supporting enterprise infrastructure with an understanding of financial firm regulatory compliance and legal requirements (a plus).
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as AVD is a plus.
