Head of DS

want to hire someone to be the head of DS - can coordinate between DS the pm's, must be hands on cuz team isn't bug enough to be a total manager. someone whose done this befoe on the buy side who comes from a place that has a good reputation 

either really goods hands on, and have been snr and know data well ane can communicate well, we can bet on them to manage. must be snr enough that alex brandt wouldn't be upset reporting into.
